ABOUT ME

I'm Jeff Jackson. As a former professional Boxer  and proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I understand the discipline it takes to get into shape and how fast it can leave you. After I retired my fighting career, I let myself go and gained a LOT of weight. One day, as I struggled to tie my shoes, I said enough is enough and began the long road back to fitness. I obtained my Personal Training Certification  through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specialties as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor , Corrective Exercise Specialist,  MMA  Conditioning Specialist and Certified Nutritional Coach.

I have earned belts in Shotokan and Tae Kwon Do and have formerly competed as a martial artist.  My mission is to help others who have had enough! Whether your goal is to shed a few pounds, get fit for competition or learn to defend yourself in compromising situations, contact me and lets get to work!

I utilize HIIT, Tabata and AMRAP disciplines in a format specialized to you, your needs and your goals. Having been a fighter I also utilize some of the techniques I personally used to prepare for bouts such as core strength, agility and explosive power.

My fitness training includes a focus on Core Training. Core training  will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

CARDIO FITNESS

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!

Nutrition Coaching

Using the proven scientific methods of NASM, Nutrition Coaching consist of Meal planning, Grocery store tutorials, Pantry sweeps, Recipes and Dietary suggestions to achieve your specific goal.
